Nice shape and great colors. Not an easy one to find. Alemite is one of the earliest oil and greasing companies that were advertising at the stations. Measures 39 x 28 inches. Vtg 1947 Havoline Motor Oil Sign Tin Double Sided DST 21.5×11.25 Texaco Gas

Up for sale we have a Vtg 1947 Havoline Motor Oil Sign Tin Double Sided DST 21.5×11.25 Texaco Gas. Sign is in good condition with a small Corner bend , a few small scratches. Sign does have some darkening on both sides as seen in photos. Not sure if it will come off or not as I have not tried. Please see all photos for condition. Measures 21.5 x 11.25. Not to be confused with the reproduction version , on the reproduction version the date code is next to the made in USA and the E in insulated all 3 point of the lines that make up the body are all the same as where on the originals the middle line of the E only goes about half way compared to the top and bottom lines. And the fakes have bad computer generated font for marking the signs. Please review all photos. Please thoroughly review all photographs. PLEASE READ TERMS OF SALE.
