Dating from the 1930’s, this super colorful double sided porcelain sign demanded your attention, and probably got it with these colors! Advertising Champlin HI-V-I Motor Oil, this beautiful sign is hung from the top with a large red bracket, which would have attached to the side of your local service station. Around the outer edge of the rounded corner sign, you can see some small chips in the porcelain, with a few bite marks along the top edge. The center field of the sign just has one small chip in the red “I” on one side. On the other side a small scratch can be seen in the red “H”, along with the same chips on the outer edge. This amazing sign measures thirty-two inches long by twenty inches wide and will make all the other signs in your collection jealous with the beautiful colors on the glossy finish.

Check out this nice rare Amalie motor oil sign that just arrived! It features the iconic Amalie oil can on both sides, along with a hanger at the top. Service stations would hang this sign and a slight breeze would swing it back and forth to catch customers attention. A few minor marks can be seen at the top of each side, along some slight discoloration on the left side of one side. This side also has a small spot of surface rust near the “e” of Amalie. It is marked Grace Sign Co. In the lower right corner of both sides and includes the hanger. Super nice high quality sign that you will love.
