Amalie Pennsylvania Motor Oil Official State Inspection Station SST Sign 35×11

Amalie Pennsylvania Motor Oil Official State Inspection Station Single Sided Tin Sign. Make sure you check out my other auctions! This is a single sided tin sign advertising Amalie Motor Oil, and better, an Official State Inspection Station. This sign presents very well with nice colors, lettering and graphics, but it does have some imperfections to mention. Mostly, they come in the form of chipping in the paint, and some bubbling, mostly on the right portion. It isnt horrible, but it is noticeable and you can feel some bubbles when you run your hand across the face in that area. The rest of the sign is fine, but the far right side shows this damage. Otherwise, there are plenty of small nicks and chips in the paint, but none that are earth shattering. In the bottom right corner, the sign is labeled G-35. It has an embossed edge around the entire sign that acts as a self-framing effect. Although obviously not perfect, this sign is in pretty nice shape to display. I dont want to make it seems worse than it is, but I do want to point out the imperfections. It measures just over 35.5 wide and just over 11.5 tall. This advertising piece is in pretty nice shape and will make a great addition to any advertising or Petroliana collection! We do our very best to package items well. Vintage 1961 Amalie Motor Oil Metal Sign Gas Gasoline Service Station 20X15

Here is a great piece that you do not see often in this condition. I have decided to sell it along with a few other pieces I have collected. On the front of the piece there is the large wording “Amalie” across the center, with “Pennsylvania Motor Oil” across the bottom. On the bottom of the sign in the lower left corner there is the small fine print wording of “Made in USA” and on the right side there is the small fine print wording of “M 5-61″. Here is a great 1961 sign that you do not see around often, the sign has some minor paint ware and some light surface rust, but as seen in the photos below, the sign is a great sign for display in the collection. The sign measure 20 inches wide and 15 inches tall. Vintage Amalie Motor Oil Metal Porcelain Sign Gas Gasoline Service Station 28X20

Here is a great piece that you do not see often in this condition. I have decided to sell it along with a few other pieces I have collected. On both sides of the piece there is the large wording “Amalie” across the top, with “Motor Oil” across the bottom. In the center of the piece there is the iconic “100% Pennsylvania oil” logo design. The last two photos are of the reverse side and the first three are of the better side. I do have a white inventory sticker on the sign, in the upper right corner of one side. The sign measure 28 inches wide and 20 inches tall. Vintage Gas & Oil Amalie Pennsylvania Motor Oil Sign 1957 Antique Authentic A-M

This is an 100% authentic Amalie Pennsylvania Motor oil sign from 1957. This sign is beast and has considerable weight. Sign was made in the USA by the A-M sign company Lynchburg Virginia. Perfect for a man cave or garage for a collector who wants the real thing. The sign is metal on a wood frame. Sign has scuffs, dings, rust, bullet holes, and minor deterioration to the metal sign and wood frame. Wood frame does have 1 split which doesn’t seem to affect integrity of the sign. Sign has all the good patina you would expect from a sign this old. Sign measures 52.5 inches by 40.5 inches. I do try to describe items accurately and take pictures that document condition.
