Dating from the 1930’s, this super colorful double sided porcelain sign demanded your attention, and probably got it with these colors! Advertising Champlin HI-V-I Motor Oil, this beautiful sign is hung from the top with a large red bracket, which would have attached to the side of your local service station. Around the outer edge of the rounded corner sign, you can see some small chips in the porcelain, with a few bite marks along the top edge. The center field of the sign just has one small chip in the red “I” on one side. On the other side a small scratch can be seen in the red “H”, along with the same chips on the outer edge.
