Original Vintage Kendall 2000 Mile Motor Oil Sign Metal Double Sided 36 40-50s

Vintage Kendall 2000 Mile Motor Oil Sign. Round Double Sided 36. Up for sale is one of my favorites. Early Round Kendall 2000 Mile Motor Oil sign. This was used at an old Kendall distributor and then stored in a loft for years on one side where it was finally rediscovered. One side shows more age than the other due to this. This sign was rinsed with water due to heavy dust layer that had built up on it but no chemicals have ever been used on this sign. The color and details on this sign are all original. Condition is used and does show some wear (See pics) such as scratches, spots, etc. But this sign is still in great shape for its age with great detail and vivid color. This is a 36 double sided sign. Date code is G26. Update: I originally was told the date code G26 was for 1926. A fellow collector has told me the date for this sign is actually from the 1940’s to 1950’s. This sign is vintage steel and weighs in at almost 11 lbs.
