This is a very rare seldom seen tin litho can with a solder seam from the early 1950s introducing the all weather motor oil Trop Artic by Phillips Petroleum company. The graphics are still great and this can is in very good condition for it’s age, still full of SAE 50 oil. The lithograph picture has green and orange stripes with palm trees and an igloo to represent all weather conditions. This can has a few minor condition issues which include a few small dings, some paint loss and scratching, surface rust and staining on the seam, bottom of can and lid. I see no sign of leaking. Over all this is a great example of this scarce can and is the only one I have. It was part of a private collection that was kept wrapped in paper and stored. The photos are a vital part of my descriptions so please zoom in and look closely at them to determine condition so you know what to expect and get no surprises. Thank you for looking.
